How to request deletion (email)

To request deletion, email us at:

thepickle.live@gmail.com

Please include the following information in your email to help us locate your account and process the request quickly:

  1. Pickle username (if known)
  2. Email address associated with your Pickle account
  3. Instagram username or Instagram User ID (if you connected Instagram)
  4. Short statement requesting deletion (e.g., "Please delete my Pickle account and all associated data.")
  5. Optional: a phone number or alternate contact method if you want direct confirmation by phone.

What happens after you request deletion

If you connected Instagram

Disconnecting Pickle from your Instagram account does not delete your Instagram content on Instagram. To revoke Pickle’s access to your Instagram account:

  1. Open Instagram → Settings → Security → Apps and Websites (or the Facebook account settings if connected via a Facebook Page).
  2. Find "Pickle" in the list and choose Remove or Revoke Access.
  3. After revoking access, Pickle will no longer receive any new Instagram data. To remove previously imported Instagram data from Pickle, submit a deletion request using the instructions above.

Special cases & legal exceptions

We may retain certain information as required by law or to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Pickle, our users, or the public.
